My ideal night out is probably what most people would call a night in.

Good music, a campfire, something on the braai, and being tucked into bed by 9pm sounds pretty perfect to me.

I've had enough excitement for one lifetime. These days, I think peace is underrated.

If your perfect weekend involves coffee, back roads, small towns, wandering through a farmers' market, a steam train adventure, or a spontaneous day trip somewhere interesting, we'll probably get along just fine.

My green flags are fairly simple: consistency, communication, showing up, and keeping your word.

I've spent the last few years rebuilding my life. There was some anxiety, some depression, a lot of lessons, and even more growth. It's made me appreciate the simple things and the people who bring calm rather than chaos.

I'm not chasing passport stamps or planning to backpack across the globe. I'd rather explore a hidden gem a few hours from home and be back in my own bed that night.

Hiking isn't really my thing, but coffee and a slow wander through somewhere interesting absolutely is.
