I'm a very laidback person, trying to get the most out of every minute we have of this wonderful thing called life. I am goal driven, in both work and sports and believe that you get what you give. I love animals, nature, road trips with good music and good coffee. Exercise is a huge part of my life - no, that doesn't make me a "gym boet," but rather someone who takes pride in my appearance and still wants to be running around the old age home tormenting the nurses in my later years!

I'd love to meet someone, who I can build a solid friendship with and if it leads to something more, then so be it. A strong foundation is imperative - not into the wham, bam, thank you ma'am lifestyle. I'll leave that nonsense to the youngsters.

So who would suit me? An animal lover, who loves being outside and avoids malls and endless hours spent shopping. Someone who cares for their health through a healthy lifestyle - exercise, healthy eating and not smoking. I don't mind a social drinker but the first sign of a "problem," I'm out.
