I love watching clouds chase each other across the sky, getting caught in the rain, drinking red wine while looking into the flames of a boma fire and chatting to good people. I am very energetic, always doing something, whether its reading a good book, improving a garden or taking a walk. I have been to Mount Everest, walked in the territories of wild lions, driven miles of dirt roads to places most people have forgotten, stood on the sites of great battles, and hiked up mountains and across open country. I have met many wonderful people in this journey called life, with all its ups and downs, special moments and challenges. Naturally, I have developed a wide range of interests.

I am that odd combination - an eternal optimist, while being grounded in reality. Lively, curious, energetic and adventurous, I am a people's person, connect easily and enjoy meeting new people, love the outdoors and being out in nature. I am friendly, kind, helpful, compassionate and resilient. I am told I am a good friend. I am also a strong and intelligent and work hard both mentally and physically. Fit and healthy, I am always keen to explore new horizons. I am a practicing Christian and my faith is important to me.

I've lived in big cities and tiny towns in the middle of the middle of nowhere. I am now living in a slightly larger town inhabited by many delightful, salt-of-the-earth people. I am open to relocating but only for the right person at the right time.
