Carman, 62 - Cape Town

A cold winter’s evening, a cosy braai, a glass of good red wine, great company and a Scrabble board… that sounds pretty close to my idea of a good time. 😊

I’m 62, proudly fuller-figured, affectionate, confident in who I am and young enough at heart to still enjoy a little mischief. I love to laugh, have meaningful conversations and spend time with people who make life feel lighter and more fun.

Life has taught me that perfection is overrated. Kindness, honesty, chemistry and being able to laugh together matter so much more.

I’m at a stage in my life where I know who I am and what I want — but I’m also curious enough to see where a good conversation, a little chemistry and a shared sense of humour might lead.

I’d love to meet a like-minded man in or around Cape Town, start with a conversation and, if we click, perhaps turn that conversation into a coffee, a glass of wine or something a little more adventurous.

One thing I will say upfront: I’m not looking for a one-night stand. I’m interested in getting to know someone properly and seeing whether there’s the potential for something special.
